LICENTIATE EXAMINATION FOR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS– FRIDAY, 26TH APRIL, 2024

 

Subsequent to your application to Council on the above-mentioned subject matter, you are to present yourself for the Licentiate examination scheduled for FRIDAY, 26TH APRIL, 2024 as a Physician Assistant Medical.

Your index number for the examination is  24210214

The venue for the examination is the WAEC Heights, Airport Residential Area, Accra. Please note that the written examination starts at 8.00 am prompt. You are, therefore, expected to be seated in the examination hall by 7.30 a.m. 

Candidates are to bring along 2B pencils and erasers for the multiple choice questions (MCQ) since scannable forms would be used. 

Attached is a copy of the rules and regulations for the axamination.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR EXAMINATIONS

 

Examination Instructions for ALL Candidates

 

  1. You are to report no later than 30 minutes before the time fixed to start the paper.
  2. Ensure that you are seated at your correct Index Numbered Seat/Desk
  3. Unauthorized electronic devices or pre-printed materials are NOT allowed in the examination hall.  These include but are not limited to, books, materials, hats, bags, pencil cases, mobile phones, programmable calculators, palmtop computers, scanners, tablets, etc.
  4. Cheating in the examination is considered a VERY SERIOUS offense by the Council.  If you do have any relevant examination material on you by mistake, PLEASE HAND IT OVER to an invigilator before the start of the examination.
  5. Invigilators will carry out checks for ALL authorized materials.
  6. Place your ID card or Photographic Identification in clear view.
  7. You are NOT permitted to start writing before the invigilator announces the start of the examination.
  8. Unless you have been given permission to have prior sight of the examination paper, you are NOT permitted to start reading before the invigilator announces the start of the examination.
  9. Please read fully the instructions on the front page of the examination paper.
  10. You must NOT communicate or borrow any materials during the examination.
  11. Ensure to sign the attendance book when it is brought round during the examination.
  12. You are NOT permitted to leave the examination hall within the first 30 minutes of the start of the exams: or within the last 15 minutes of the examination.
  13. You MUST stop writing when instructed to do so by an invigilator at the end of the examination.
  14. Multiple Choice Questions: please return the questions sheets/booklets, answer sheets, instruction sheets, etc to the invigilator at the end of the examination.  You should NOT leave the hall with any question paper.
  15. If you have a query on an examination question paper, please raise your hand to notify an invigilator.

 

Examination Complaint
